    Right click on desktop.
    L click properties
    L click settings.
    L click advanced.
    L click NView
    Go from there.

That's where I get hung up...there is no Nview tab. Nview manager appears in my control panel, but there doesn't seem to be much in the way of settings there (it's mainly desktop management).

Try installing newer drivers, I know some of the leaked ones don't included nView.

I'm using 28.90 drivers from MSI's website (my board manufacturer).

I tried the 28.32 drivers straight from Nvidia, but still no Nview tab.

Well, something is wrong, the 28.32 drivers should have the nView tab. What card are you using?
