1. i just reformatted my computer and now when i try to play oblivion i get this message:
   Failed to initialize Renderer.
   NiXAdapterDesc;;GetDeviceCaps() failed
   
   i need help so i can play again.

   Since you just reformatted did you install your GPU drivers? This is most likely the cause of your problem, get the latest drivers your card supports and install them.
