Netio.sys is a network driver. Try updating this driver. What is this computer, a laptop or a desktop?

I just bought this Acer laptop a few weeks ago. I haven't tried to do anything to fix it yet because at first I thought it was nothing important. But lately I get the BSOD quite frequently

What Tmagic650 said. Your error code is usually due to faulty drivers; netio.sys is a Windows OS driver that is for networking input-output and has to do with internet/networking. Go to Acer's website, find your exact model and update the latest internet/wifi/NIC drivers that they offer for your system.

New laptops with BSOD's... Is Windows fully updated using Windows Update from the START, All programs menu? Run Windows Update till no more updates are found, and include all the optional updates too
