Xteq Setup (http://www.x-setup.net/) has an overclocking feature, which adds a tab to the display properties for the GeForce. It appears to be already there, just hidden, and Xteq unlocks it. Xteq is the best Windows tweaker I've found, so it would be cool to have anyway. Check it out.
