Oem word 2000 and office 2000 with vista

    Gday

    I have just purchased a laptop with vista hp on it. It has come with a trial version of office.

    I have an oem word 2000 disk and own a copy of office 2000.

    First question, will vista recognise and end up shutting down my oem word?
    Second question .. I know this one sounds dumb but better to ask .... Do I need to uninstall the trial version first?
