You should use the "Reply" button on the original thread (and describe all that you have done - seeming it's now lost in two other threads!)

That's how it works on all tech boards.
You stay with one thread, not - create a new thread for every update to your issue.

The best reply to this thread, is go and reply to the original thread that has already got support replies.
