Hi all,
ok so I do like to get out the old games now and again to play (nostalgic reasons) and decided that I would try an old Tomb Raider game once again.
However im having an issue with installing and running it.
So.........details
The Game is the origional Tomb Raider 1 game designed to run on 95/98 and ME. I am currently using my friends computer which is running Windows Vista Home Premium. When I try to run the install package I come up with an error "this wont operate in full screen mode". I though this might be a compatibilty issue to I tried to install it under 98 / XP compatibilty modes but im coming up with the same error.
The PC has a Dual Core 2.5 Ghz CPU 3Gb Ram and a Radeon 8500 512Mb Graphics Card installed. (might have wrong card number but its what he told me was in there but def a 512).
Has anyone had this problem when using old games or am I going to have to make a dual boot system for it? or is there a way of installing a "Virtual OS" onto the PC without partioning the HDD and installing an older version of windows?
Thanks in advance
James
