Inactive OMG! Avira keeps on detecting malware!

My Avira so far has detected almost a hundred of malware! i scanned my pc with malware bytes but they just dont seem to get lost! And everytime i try to boot in safe mode, it's as slow as a turtle! so i have to boot in safe mode with networking just to use the net! PLEASE HELP.
