On/off switch lights flickering

    I have an emachines T5062 you push the power button the on/off switch lights flicker and the num lock, caps lock, and scroll lock flicker. the cpu fan and the psu fan works but nothing else. any suggestions

    The power supply or motherboard has failed... Try replacing the power supply first
