Opening Facebook in IE

My question is aabout a month ago my facebook will not open up on Windows Internet Explorer. I can open any other site their is, check all settings on Facebook they are still the same. All looks good but facebook will not open up on Windows Internet Explorer. If use a different place like Safari I can get facebook.

Have you tried clearing all of your cookie data and browser history? Updating IE could help as well.

However, I can't see why you would want to use IE, almost all other browsers are faster and better.

Yes I tried all I can think oll other every thing else opens open. How do you update IE?

Bloody Internet Explorer. The only other thing I can think of is checking your blocked website list( Internet options>content>Enable Content Advisor>Check block list)

I'm not an IE guy, so I don't know the ins and outs of the browser. I would strongly advice that you just switch to another browser (Firefox, Chrome or Opera). It's the easiest and best thing that you can do.

Just a thought,, have you tried resetting ie ??

As others have mentioned, use a better browser (Firefox,SeaMonkey) than IE. But if you absolutely insist on using IE, try https NOT http.

There is another way to get into facebook, but off hand I can't remember it.

Are you using windows 8?
