  1. I have been considering this tuner card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815116028 for use in my new box; Intel E7300 Gigabyte EP45-UD3R, XP Home, 2GB G Skil 1066Mhz.

I've read all the reviews and frankly can't make heads or tails of them. There are so many variables in addition to the card itself, reception area, customer expectations, hardware limitations, even the supplied software. The reviews are almost evenly split between each star number. So, ring in if you know anything.

You get what you pay for... The card will do the job it is made for, basic and no frills

    Closet TV Watching.........

Thanks for the hit back, TMagic. I just want to time slip OTA High-Def to the HDD, nothing fancy. That's not fancy is it? As much as I am loathe to admit it, I want to watch "Dancing With the Stars" (ABC), in real time, while recording Chuck (NBC) for later.
