    Hello everyone!

I am currently reformatting my Windows XP Pro. It is a completely fresh install. Could someone please tell me the order of installation of Videocard Drivers, Motherboard Chipset Drivers and DirectX 9. Which of these should I install first and followed by what?

    Thanks a lot. :)

    Do DirectX 9.0c last.
    Chipset drivers first.
    Ethernet drivers next.
Video Graphics driver after all others showing in your Device Manager as needing attention.
It is a good idea to reboot, and defrag after each install.
Then when all devices are shown as installed, run your
Windows Updates, if you are using Windows XP

    Motherboard,
    Video,
    Direct X.
But it shouldn't make much difference.
