Outlook 2003 Password Pop Up Box problem

  1. Just started yesterday. Every time log in Outlook needs to re-enter password to get mail. I have deleted my accts and created new ones but the problem still is happening. I have tried this:

    Start-->Run--> services.msc
    Maximize the Services window
    Scroll down to "Protective Storage"
    Double click on "Protective Storage"
    Change the Startup type to "Automatic"
    Click on "Start" service button
    Close Services

    Open Outlook
    Type in your password
    Go to settings, and type in your password, and tick remember
    Close Outlook

    Re- Start Outlook

    Still asks for passwords.

    Try this

    If you can get into your E-mail Account settings in Outlook, click on the e-mail account in the window. From there, you’ll see a screen with your server and logon information, there should be a box that says “Remember password” – make sure that box is checked. Below that, there should be a box that says “Require login using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) – make sure that one is unchecked.

    Save the changes and restart Outlook.

    Yeah, i have tried that one too. I am at the repair stage now.
