Hi, my office email wont open and the error from Outlook 2010 says

"cannot start microsoft outlook. cannot open the outlook window. the set of folders cannot be opened. Errors have been detected in the file (file location)."

What do I do? I tried what has been suggested else where which is Start->run..then type the following -> "Outlook.exe /resetnavpane

but that doesn't work. Please help!
