Outlook Email to calendar issue

  1. Ello peoples!

    I got a customer that has a problem with her outlook.

    This is running XP and Office 2000

    When she copies an email from her inbox to calendar, to set it up as an appointment everything goes ok.

    The email kind of sits in the calendar appointment like an attachment.

    When she logs off and comes back on the next day, the email comes up blank, and I just can't explain it.
