Looking to improve my PC Gaming Experience (Flight Simulator X - very blurry textures) with my specs below:

Go to Start RUN and type in DXDIAG

Also your DELL has a service tag 8 digit Alpha Numeric number post the DXDIAG log and service tag.
I am a hardware geek and built my overclocked game system ;)
Keep in mind it is a trickle down effect from a power and hardware compatibility standpoint.

can't do it for you. i suggest raise it slowly and monitor temp.
close you game check temp.
it all depends on MFG spec's and temp limit's
