Overclock Intel 2.4 Quad, what should I cool it with?

    I currently have an Intel 2.4 Core 2 Quad with the stock cooler and i would like to overclock it to MAYBE 3.0 I would like to stay away from the liquid cooling, so i need to know some good coolers.
