    AMD phenom II x4 925 - motherboard
    Radeon HD 4670 ddr3 128bit 1gb - videocard
    2gb 1333 ddr3 - memory

    i dont know good timings on bios about memory overclocking i need some insights regarding this memory overclocking especially ddr3 with 1333
