One problem solved, another appears. Well, what would life be without
a little excitement :haha:

So here comes: I'm having overheating issues especially when playing COD2
or AOE3. I turned AOE3 on last night for like 10 minutes, jumped to desktop
to look at nvidia temp monitor, and whoa, the card was running at temp of
87 celcius. 30 seconds after that, the whole machine hung.

COD2 was doing this crashing also, but removing the case side panel solved
that temporarily. AOE3 wont run even if case is open.

I'm thinking about getting myself a Zalman VF700-CU VGA cooler.
Any comments on the cooler mentioned?

EDIT: OK there seems to be a specific forum for cooling issues.
Could a moderator move this post there, please.
Sorry and thanks

Hello! Welcome to TechSpot!

Those heatsink/fans are XLnt!
Only downside are the heat sinks for ram. You need to be very
sure to clean them off after you pull stock hsf off. Any residue
and the new sinks wont stick.
G'Luck
