Do you have a warranty on the pc?

You might want to use it first in case it turns out to be a hardware issue. Others wise you will void the warranty.

Your temps are in normal range with a stock cooler. Any higher then 70 c would be a problem . It could possibly be the psu. If it was mine I would have it check under the warranty if you continue to have Problems. This way you will get the correct fix.

Then I would use my my warranty. This way you can get it back to working the way it should. Goodluck!!
