    Why were you running HJT?

Why do you think this file is necessary to start Windows XP Pro?

How is Avast indicating this is malware? Did it quarantine the file?

Hello, I am someone and I will be glad to help you with the problem if you give me some information.

If you would like us to check the system for malware, please follow the steps in the Preliminary Virus and Malware Removal thread HERE.

When you have finished, leave the logs for review in your next reply .

Please do not use any other cleaning programs or scans while I'm helping you, unless I direct you to. Do not use a Registry cleaner or make any changes in the Registry.

By the way, I can't identify this file which means it is most likely not a part of the operating system and would not be necessary for it to work and is most likely malware.
