Pages on my screen don't fit

  1. A friend of mine has a problem with their pages not fitting on there monitor screen
    when looking at lets say her email and the words run off the page, and no slide
    bar, it doesn't come up, I had her reduce her text size but it didn't help!
    any ideas.

    Play with the video resolution. What is she running 800x600? 1024x768?
