Partial wiping of hard drive

I've been burning Blu-ray dvds successfully for a few months. Now, my pc says I'm all out of blank space on my hard drive, because of all the gigs I used. (Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit.) I can't figure out where to access the items on my hard drive in order to delete those movies that are still there. Thanks in advance.

First, get a command prompt window and run CLEANMGR

Enter *.iso then sort drive by size for those files which are 'gigantic', selectively remove ISO... *.iso size:gigantic
