Password changing software

What is the best software that I can get that will create a boot disk that I can boot to in order to recover or change a forgotton password to boot into windows?

Treading into some grey waters here - we have no way to make sure you are who you say you are and that you aren't trying to bypass someone else's password or perhaps some sort of parental restrictions. We tend not to allow links to this type of software here on the forums (things to get around passwords or that are typically used for shady activities) but I'm sure it won't be too hard for you to google it yourself.
