PC does not start up, no display

    Hello all!

    PC does not start up properly. These are the symptoms: Starts up as usually up untill when there is usually one beep and the display kicks in, there are now multiple beeps and clicks and no display. Monitor is working but no display. Lights and fans sound ok as well.

    Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.

    Apologies if this is under the wrong forum.

    I got this once because my RAM was not inserted properly, on a 10 year old machine running Windows 98.

    Check and make sure all your hardware components are correctly plugged in.
