PC doesn't start

Corsair TX650W 650W would be great.

We are not going to worry about BIOS update at this point, it doesn't address any important issues, don't know what the Beta does.

Change the RAM speed now, it will give you faster timing and I like the FSB and RAM to be in sync.

Try not to use the system much or for gaming till you replace the PSU, I wanted to say don't use it at all if you can.

If you still have your old video card, you can give it a try with the new PSU, you never know!
 
You need to check your BIOS/ hard ware monitor and see the +12.0V reading. Something is not right here, either CPUZ is cutting the first digit or something is the matter with the board.

How is it running?

I need to rest, have to look at the thread and the files again.
 
The voltage on 12V rail is good :D --> 12.175V
(this is what easy tune says...it's a program for monitoring and tweaking)
there's something else that's bothering me though: one of the ram modules has 400MHz frequency and the other one has only 66MHz, how is this possible?
