I'm facing this problem recently in my PC after I press should down and blue screen appears there(after disabled restarting).
It is about driver ndisuio.sys and the error message is STOP: 0x000000D3(0xBADOB1CC,0x0000002,0x0000001,0x806E4A16) and the message: Driver mistakenly marked a part of it's image pageble instead of nonpagable.
The second problem I'm facing to often is and this error message: explorer.exe The instruction 0x312e312f referenced memory at 312e312f. The memory could not be written.
I will be very thankful if you can provide me with any information on what should I undertake regarding these problems, because I tried and spent so much time and I couldn't fix nothing. I'm running Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP2.

ndisuio is for a network device. Do you happen to have a USB wifi adapter or something? Try downloading and installing the latest drivers from the internet.
