PC freezes and only sometimes POSTs

    Hi.

My PC sometimes POST's and boots and other times it doesn't. And when it does get to desktop the computer freezes.

The PC is a new build (3 weeks old) and for the past 2 weeks, the computer has only worked when restarted quite a few times.

And it's gotten worse over the past week where sometimes it POSTS and sometimes it doesn't and after lots of restarts it reaches the desktop and then freezes.

I also sometimes get the BSOD which says "A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval", and having googled this it really hasn't enlightened any further to what I already think it might be.

    Please help.

    Thanks.

    Here are my computer specs:
