Pc Freezes Mid game and turns a random solid colour (sometimes auto restarts)

Yeah, my pc Is doing this thing where it Freezes while im playing a game and goes a random color, Pink, green, black, white.
And only sometimes restarting, I belive its a Driver problem because when I updated it, it stopped doing this for a while.
