PC infected by MSN messanger

Hi, i got infected when a friend of mine send me a message with a file which i thought was a picture. Turned out my friend was infected and the message was send by the virus itself!

I did all the preliminary removal instructions.

- The panda antiroot scan came out with 1 unknown entry.

- I ran all the stages of the preliminary removal and the SuperAntispyware scan came out clean

- Im attaching the HJT log and the COMBOFIX log.
