Hello folks, can someone help me to fix this problem?
I keep getting these crashes now and again, all resulting on the same thing, no BSOD, but simply a black frozen screen or a screen with lines, and a constant sound tone (sound tone only with the line screen) It mostly happens when im playing games (not always the same game btw) but since the PC is only on when i play games then this may not be the problem.
the error code is as follows:
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 2057
Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 124
BCP1: 0000000000000000
BCP2: FFFFFA8007ED4038
BCP3: 0000000000000000
BCP4: 0000000000000000
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0

there only seems to be one error code on the BCP2 which i cant find on google.
Also when i reboot and the the info i posted above, i also get told that there are 2 files saved to help me fix the problem, i can find one, but the other one is never in the folder it says it is and i cant find it. tbhe one i can access is a .DMP file which just looks like gobildygook when viewed.
my PC specs are as follows:
