Is this a laptop you're referring to?
What kind of computer do you have?
What was the liquid that you spilled and where did you spill it?

its a pc with atx form factor, i spilled coolaid on the top near the usb ports and audio ports and some of it got through the fan which is located on the top and now it just restarts randomly

Did you let it dry at all before attempting restart?
If not, you can cause a lot of damage.

My advice to you would be to shut off the computer immediately.
If you can open it and dry it off with compressed air, do so.
If not, let it sit at least for one day.

Ok just make sure you cut back the air pressure.
You don't want any more than 20psi.
10-15 psi recommended, and don't rush anything.
