PC problem plz help

    Alright im having a problem with my pc. I keep getting a bsod after just a few minutes of it being on. My errors are:

    Stop: 0x000000D1(0x00000010, 0x00000020, 0x00000001, 0x8b49723a)
    tcpip.sys-address 8b49723a base at 8b43c000, datestamp 4a5bbf8e

    please help me. Also i have attached my .dmp files.

    Tell us your computer brand, model, age, and configuration. Have you googled the last unit of the stop ( 0x8b49723a ) ? That part of the dump code usually relates to the hardware where the problem is located.
    Otherwise, re-post your zip file as text file.
