pc problems/help

ok i recntly brought a gaming pc. ill try 2 right down the spec as i rember them

1000 mb ram
sata 4 athalon hardrive
nvida fx 5600 128mb
200gb hard disk
windows xp home
silverstone case(tj-06)-www.silverstonetek.com
cd rw drive
flopy
dvd drive
that is all i can remember of the top of my head, as i turned it on,the main fan at the bottom makes a huge noise all the time and the floppy seems not 2 work,i was told this pc could play any game now i have 2 choices, i could get this repiared on my warranty or i could buy £100-£150 more to get this.
512mb ram
200gb hard disk
windows xp home
400mhz motherboard
radoen 256mb grathics card

which one would be best for gaming i play diablo2, i wish 2 play guild wars and warcraft 3 tft.,i just want 2 kno what option is best for me.

The fan and floopy are cheap and easy to replace, and it may work Ok with them unpluged.

It is real hard to say if one is better without knowing the motherboards and CPUs as they are the most important parts. Also there are Radeon cards on eather side or the FX 5600.
