PC slowed down

    Hi guys, I'm a new user, directed this way by a buddy of mine. My problem is my pc was cool and after installing a printer it seemed to get slower. I'm usually pretty cautious about the crap that happens to it, already had avast and online armor. I followed the 8steps and it found a trojan... so that sucks. Since I heard good things from my buddy, I was hoping someone could take a quick look to make sure its good now. Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

    Upon a new scan in SAFE MODE, without futher Trojans, your system should be oK.
