PC slowing down

As of late, my PC at work has been slowing down and in the last couple days, web pictures (thumbnails, picture tabs - such as the ones that show above this box when you post a message) will not load. Enclosed are HiJackThis,Malwarebytes, and SuperAntiSpyware logs. Thanks

Malwarebytes program

Hi :

The Malwarebytes program detected lots of serious malware; however, the Log
you Posted shows "No action taken", so you did NOT allow it to finish its job .
So run another "Full Scan" and after it finishes, you should now click on the Remove Selected button to remove all the listed malware. MBAM will now delete all of the files and registry keys and add them to the programs quarantine. When removing the files, MBAM may require a reboot in order to remove some of them. If it displays a message stating that it needs to reboot, please allow it to do so.

Sorry, havent posted in a while. Always used to paste logs in replies. Hijack this and SuperAnti logs attached.

Any ideas why pictures dont open? If I right click and choose "show picture", it comes up. This just started 2 days ago.
