My subwoofer stoped working a while ago so i decided to open it all up and have a look then i noticed the fuse blown so i replaced it and put eveyrthing back together.
the bass knob is on normal setting but when i put the volume on above 1/3-ish it makes this awfull scratching screeching noise, what is it and is it possible to fix? it is a GENIUS SW-5.1 1000 speaker system.

The fuse blew for a reason. Your GENIUS SW-5.1 1000 speaker system may need repair or replacement

you can do it if you take pictures and send it to the speakers pro.
or take a look at weird things, blown caps, or burnt smell in some parts...

No, it probably would be cheaper to buy a new unit

^ I second that. Speakers like these are very inexpensive. Sure it is all relative to where you live. In some countries specialist technicians still exist, bother to look at equipment like yours and might even be able to fix the problem for 10 dollars or so. That's if you live in Iran, Bulgaria or another country with GDP per capita of less than $10,000 pa.
