Can someone help me? My PC has 3 users on it. Me, my wife and my daughter. Most of the time when my daughter uses the PC she tries to log off but the screen freezes on the logging off page. Other times she clicks start/log off but it just returns to her desktop. The only solution is to restart the PC which is annopying coz if I have unsaved work I loose it! She is a sod for downloading stuff off the net without asking for permission and I'm wondering if she's knackered my PC up. Anyone got any ideas?
Please go and read this and then post a fresh HijackThis log as an attachment into this thread. Then we can see whether or not malicious software is causing the problem.
