PCIe 2.0 x16 @ 75w

  1. That's what it says on the motherboard of my Dell Optiplex 755. I picked up a VisionTek Radeon 4350 512mb card to put in my Dell. I get a blank screen, even after disabling the on board device in Device Manager. I've tried all the ports, DVI, HDMI, and VGA, no video on any during boot-up.

I had a similar problem with a PNY GeForce 9500GT, but that at least had some type of video. I'm thinking I may not have enough power to the PCIe 2.0 x16 slot. I have an older GX 620 that has a Saphire Radeon 4650 that work fine, and that's an older machine.

    Any Ideas?

You possibly need a different power supply. I know the Geforce 9500 gt requires 400watt power supply.

I just need a video card that will support two monitors on a Dell Optiplex 745 or 755. Without having to change the PSU.
