Hi All,

I need a little help. I have recently purchased a new assembled desktop. i have installed Windows Vista on it. After 2-3 days, while playing cricket game suddenly the blue screen flashed saying "dumping physical memory". After this the pc restarts. this has also happened while watching a movie on it. could someone please suggest whether it is something to do with the RAM or something else. the frequency has increased...

Can't suggest much without knowing a Error, could you please upload these MiniDumps as attachments on here so people on here including myself can better diagnose your problem.

The best thing I can suggest without knowing the actual Bluescreen Error code is to run Memtest86.

Memtest86 Instructions
Download the pre-built version of Memtest86 (Link Below) and burn it onto a CD using ISO Recorder (Link Below) other ISO burning software will work as well (E.g. Nero). After this boot off the CD and start the test going and let it run for 3-5 hours (Minimum of 7 Passes) or Overnight which is best.
