Physical Memory Dump Error BSOD Help Vista 64

I'm getting the BSOD any time I try to install something or open something other than internet. I'm using Vista 64. It will boot and run fine in safe mode.

I've got a mini dump file but not sure how to open it. As far as I can tell the computer doesn't have any issues so I'm thinking it's memory. The computer is a year and half old and has only been run a few times so there is no dust in it. I'd take the memory out and put it back in but it's mini tower and I have to remove the cd drive and don't know how.

Usually when you can run in Safe Mode that is a strong indication that the issue is drivers (though nothing in the PC world is 100%). So...

How to find and post your Minidump Files:

My Computer > C Drive > Windows Folder > Minidump Folder > Minidump Files.

It is these files that we need (not the folder). Attach to your next post the five most recent dumps (if less that is okay). Notice the Manage Attachments button at the bottom when you go to post the next time. You can Zip up to five files per Zip. If you only one or two attach as is. Please do us a favor and don’t Zip each one individually
