Pixel shader problem

Hi guys!i m facing a problem in running ps2 games on my pc.my system conediguration is.dELL p4 2.8+ghz processor (gb of ram 96mb built in 3d card 8+gb harddisk.but whenever i try to run a ps2 game on pc it says supported pixel shader version to low need version 2.0 and mine it says u have 0.0 what should i do.plz help.

Get a graphics card with at least Pixel Shader 2.0. Caveat Emptor - Dell's are know to only have PCI slots for expansion so make sure you verify what your PC has before buying the wrong GPU.
