XFX GeForce 9600 GSO Video Card
EVGA nForce 730a Motherboard

Alright Great, Thanks for the other recommendations.
my powersupply. I dont need any strong ones either. that one you recommended would work fine?
And I have one more question. Would i need any other cooling fans
Im building this from scratch. an so far from what i listed, I've already bought.
I also already got my dvd drive, moditor, keyboard, mouse.

Yes the power supply is strong enough for a 9600GSO.

Your case, assuming you bought a retail version compared to an open boxed or OEM, will come with its own fans. Unless your overclocking a lot, default case fans should be fine.
