Please analyse minidumps

    Both errors are 0xD1 and these are caused by either faulty drivers or buggy software. In your case NETIO.sys was cited twice and this is Windows Network I/O Subsystem driver.

    Here are some suggestions:

    1. Update your drivers for your network card.

    2. Search for hotfixes from Microsoft for NETIO.sys because quite a number of people have had issues with this Vista driver.

    * Let us know if you have done either or both and let us know the results.
