Hello, I have a inspiron 6000 which I have been dealing with many issues
For some reason the computer started to be slow and just started to crash recently as I am watching shows that I've downloaded.
Please check and tell me if there's anything I can do about it. Thank you so much!

While you wait for the "white knight to charge to the rescue", this site gives insight into the HJT log.

HJT is an excellent tool. I have found changes to O4 and O16 to be completely reversible using the tool.

    General observations:
O4 list is lengthy; Use findings @ castlecops to remove programs from the programs that run @ startup that just waste internet bandwidth or do nothing until you run the application.

O16 - downloaded program files / activeX - good luck with this. I picked 6 at random from your log, and they were not found in the data base. That leaves it up to you to judge their value or threat.

For analysis of the crashes, cut & paste errors from the events logs. It's up to you if you use a separate post for this topic
