Your protections are out-of-date. The 8-step guide made two excellent suggestions.

HJT shows part of the infection was not handled.
    Code:
    O2 - BHO: {0257f294-e3b7-cafb-2914-947d31e1500a} - {a0051e13-d749-4192-bfac-7b3e492f7520} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ytjjzi.dll
    O20 - AppInit_DLLs: C:\PROGRA~1\Google\GOOGLE~2\GOEC62~1.DLL [B]ytjjzi.dll[/B]
I recommend updating & rescan with MBAM. New definitions may clean this.
Otherwise delete the file, then scan with HJT, tick & fix, and restart the computer.

The Google desktop may need to be re-installed/repaired. There is no conclusive report showing that ytjjzi.dll is related, or that the Google desktop is part of the infection.
