Had fun with a sagipsul infection this morning. Here are my log files.

Your protections are out-of-date. The 8-step guide made two excellent suggestions.

HJT shows part of the infection was not handled.

I recommend updating & rescan with MBAM. New definitions may clean this.
Otherwise delete the file, then scan with HJT, tick & fix, and restart the computer.

The Google desktop may need to be re-installed/repaired. There is no conclusive report showing that ytjjzi.dll is related, or that the Google desktop is part of the infection.
