Your HJT log looks clean to me!!!!

Its best to wait for Howard to have a look at it tho!!!!

If it should happen again press ctrl+alt+delete and see what process is causing your problem!!!!
 
seems Microsoft Windows Defender Antispyware getting the cpu busy(or in combination with avg)
try to get only one of them running at time

Just to confirm, your HJT log is clean.

Your problem is probably caused by some buggy application or software conflict. See HERE for some suggestions.
