Attempts to see if the process is actually running by using Task Manager fail as the Task Manager keeps disappearing after a couple of seconds. The likely problem is that you're copy-pasting an assessment question directly to internet forums. Without even trying to figure it out.
Anyway, the problem is likely virus/malware closing down certain .exe's to help itself. You can probably boot into safe mode and have it disabled, then run some scans.
