Please Help Blue Screen Of Death 0x00000024

Please Help.

I have an Acer Travel Mate 2300. Recently I have just downloaded XP's service pack 3. after when I re-opened my laptop I have the BSOD and it has no information what so ever. the only thing i got was the STOP code 0x00000024. I have tried running Safe mode and Last known Congifuration But it would just lead back to the BSOD. ( it goes to BSOD and in a second or two it restarts it self)

If anyone can help please reply.

This doesn't help because i cant download this to the laptop with BSOD I am not able to access Anything

Also i have only one laptop and i cant take the hard drive out

Sorry, don't know what else to tell you then as you're very limited to what you can do with your situation (i.e. no installation CDs with you, no recovery CDs, no available computer to download and burn a recovery CD to, etc)
