Please help, multiple iexplore.exe

I have been having a problem with multiple iexplore.exe tasks running, showing up in my task manager, when interet explorer is not even open. I think this is the cause of having ads pop up randomly when I do use internet explorer. I have tried A squared and spybot, but it does not find it or fix it. Attached is my HJT log. Please help, thanks.

explore.exe will always be running in Task Manager and cannot be disabled or tinkered with or your computer will crash Thx Bill Gates! However your process is iexplore.exe and is without a doubt malware. To fix ctrl>alt>del.> highlight process in your Task Manager and right click on iexplore.exe and choose to end process tree; you will get a warning popup ,choose to continue anyway. Voila' I would recommend you also tweak your start up manager run> msconfig>enter, and turn off stuff.
Oops by the way do you use IE as your default browser? if so be warned it allows web sites to install active x controls on your machine without your knowledge and take control of certain aspects of your machine, hence the iexplore.exe problem.Try using firefox3 and be safe.
Good Luck
